Feel free to form a group.

Wear a costume.

Wear a hat.

Whatever you do, help us raise awareness of this hidden disease and the people affected by it.

While you are entering the race, consider making a donation to help these two great causes and groups. Your registration fee goes primarily to put on the race.

You can help even more by making a personal contribution or raising funds from family and friends. (It’s not required but it’s a good thing to do)!
